The fair lady of the Mushroom Kingdom! Float into the subcon for this royally yummy, sticky IPA. Oats, wheat, Mandarina Bavaria and Ekuanot hops. A Peach heavy, apricot, orange hop bob-omb! Soft and smooth for all our goombas, koopas and yoshis!

HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

OAT PALE ALE

Straight up NJOP (NJ Oat Pale). Out of the dustbin from a bygone era find shelter in this bready trio of malts and floral, candied lemon, tropical orange arrangement of hop flavors from a compilation of Pacific Jade, Loral and Ekuanot hops.

An oatted up American Pale Ale, electric dirt, sticky and soft. Apricot pulp and honeydew melon nectar. An eclectic heirloom grist gives a wrinkle of crackery biscuit malt, just ‘nuff to let an ewey dewey combo of Belma, Citra and Mosaic hops pop, bright and dank.

We’ve drummed up another STV, traditional farmhouse approach in an unfiltered summer seasonal. Our saison series based on variation this time showcases a house blended Saison yeast over wheat, spelt, oats and barley. Just enough bright hops in the kettle to highlight the spice and everything nice from the yeast. Fruity, spicy and a dry finish with a kiss of lemon, lime and pine.

FARMHOUSE IPA

The spectrum expands as we slip the surly bonds of styles. This rounds STV is a de rigueur Farmhouse IPA. The bones are a wheat based saison; unfiltered, fruity, spicy and dry. We advanced the narrative with a DH of Hallertau Blanc, Riwaka, Waimea, Wakutu & Kohatu hops. Sweet plum on the nose, tones of fresh papaya, and lemon acidity.

DRY IRISH STOUT

Oh Whacking Day! Oh Whacking Day! ‘Tis true. I took many a lump, but ‘twas all in fun. Our interpretation of a Dry Irish Stout, served on nitro. Light and roasty, bitter, hint of sweetness. Little quintessential dark session summer beer finished with Old Newark Ale to give it some local flair.

Twin Elephant Brewing Company's vision is to offer an extremely fresh variety of high quality, handcrafted ales and lagers brewed mindfully with locally sourced ingredients when available. Our portfolio of beers are not restricted in style or flavor but will have a decided focus on all the classic styles that we have enjoyed drinking for a decade and a half. Our vision is for our patrons to enjoy these unique local beers in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere that augments their tasting experience and to share their thoughts with each other as well as us so we can continually improve.

Twin Elephant Brewing Company is founded by three partners with the dream of turning their passion for brewing craft beers into an exciting shared adventure with the local community. Scott McLuskey & Tim Besecker have been homebrewing together for over 10 years starting, like most folks do, in the garage and for the last 5 years Cindy DeRama has joined the crew with a proclivity for recipe formulation using unique ingredients. Throughout the years we have honed our craft, learning and practicing the artistry and science of brewing. All three of us have entrepreneurial experience through both education and acting as key cogs in several small businesses throughout the years.
